Spiral Wound Gasket

Spiral Wound Gaskets can be used to seal fluid pressure up to 250 bar cryoprnices temperature as low as -200C and up to elevated temperature of 1000C. It are widely used in the oil, gas, petrochemical process and engineering industries. The it is made up of winding material body and inner/outer ring.

metaL JACKETED GASKET is made from Asbestos millboard, Expanded Graphite, Ceramic, PTFE etc. It is covered with thin metal jacket. Such as it covered with stainless steel, it covered with carbon steel, it covered with copper etc, it covered with soft iron, ect. It is used for seals of proper medium, pressure and temperature. The type of it is decided by different materials we use. It is suitable of the highest temperature-1300C and the hightest pressure up to 100Mpa.

PTFE gasket is made by cutting PTFE stick, pipe and sheet into flat shape it, v shape it or valve annulus it. It has 100% PTFE structure. It can bear the most bitter chemical medium, and it has good anti-creeping performance. It is a replacement of asbestos. It is anti-creeping, anti-cold-flow, anti-low-temerature. It has no pollution. It is easy to install and replace. Under small pre-stress force, it can bear great internal pressure even in a environment of changing pressure. It is the best suit the condition with rough and fragile flange and alternately-changing temperature.

Non-asbestos Gasket is a sealing material made by adding special adhesives and a little packing into it, then roll and sulfurated. It is a replacement of asbestos gasket. It has better strength, elasticity. It has supper strong anti-penetrate performance. It is a better choice than asbestos gasket in high temperature and high pressure condition. And it is product using material with environment protection.
